Can I customize an item?
Yes! Many of our products can be personalized. Look for the customization option on the product page, or contact us directly with your request.

How long does it take to make my order?
Since everything is handmade, please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order ships or is ready for pickup. Custom orders may take a little longer.

Can I make changes to my order after placing it?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes. Once production has started, we may not be able to make modifications.

Shipping & Pickup

Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! We offer local pickup. Once your order is ready, you'll receive a notification with pickup details.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on your location. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within the United States. Please contact us if you have questions about international orders.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if there is an issue with your order, please reach out and we'll do our best to make it right.

What if my item arrives damaged?
We're so sorry if that happens! Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the damage and we'll work to resolve it quickly.
