Due to the nature of our business and the customization of the products we cannot accept returns, refunds or exchanges. Please feel free to contact us at MV.creations0726@gmail.com for any questions regarding a product.

Damage
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item has any manufacturing damage or if you receive the wrong item. Please note that we can only repair your order within 3 days of the parcel being delivered. If you do not contact us within 3 days, we will not be able to resolve the issue due to the elapsed time.
It is important to note that each product is handmade and may vary in color. Due to the many variations in monitors and browsers, colors may appear different on different monitors. Computer monitors are not all calibrated equally, and color reproduction on the Internet is not accurate.
Lost, missing, wrong address packages
M&V Creations By Daisy is not responsible for any stolen or lost packages. Once a package is dropped off at USPS, we are no longer responsible for it.
If your order is damaged in transit, please contact USPS/U.S. Post Office directly
If your order is returned to us due to any address issues, we are not responsible for any additional shipping charges. The customer is responsible for additional shipping costs if they wish to resend the order.

To avoid problems with delivery, check that your written address is correct.
